Sally and I experienced great frustration in trying to find a suitable home for our needs when we first arrived. No matter what realtor we contacted our experience was always the same. We would be shown a number of homes but nothing came remotely close to what we desired. It was almost as though the realtors were not listening to us. Needless to say, many hours were wasted in our search and we were both frustrated and discouraged.
In desperation, we returned to the newspaper one more time and saw an advertisement that really caught my eye. (It referred to an agent who had won many awards for the service he provided to his clients.) We called you on the phone and the next thing we knew you were asking us many questions in an attempt to better understand our needs. The very next day you called me saying you would like to show us some homes. Having never met, we agreed to meet you on a dark, rainy night at a location where we had never been before. After getting in your car you said there were three homes you would like to show us that might be of interest. Would you believe, we fell in love with the very first home you showed us. We made an offer on the home the seller accepted, and all of this occurred in just one night.
